Instead of
style=”display:hidden”
it should be
style=”display:none”

Thanks SO MUCH for this post. I spent at leat 90 minutes on this racking my brain and I “couldn’t see the forest because of the trees”. I had converted all of my “submit” buttons to “buttons” and couldn’t figure it out.
